Returns & Exchanges: not accepted, but please reach out with any issues you have with your order.

Flatback Studs: Returns on flatback studs are not accepted due to the nature of the item. There is no way to fully sanitize this jewelry once it has been worn. If you have questions about application or materials please reference the item description, our Instagram (@formation.clay) or feel free to reach out directly via our Contact Us page with specific questions.

Quality: My polymer clay pieces are all handmade, and durable. They are handmade and no one piece is exactly the same. There may be very slight imperfections, or the color may look slightly different based on your computer screen settings. Please consider if handmade is right for you before purchasing.
My pieces are made to last. But exposure to excessive force (such as bending) or excessive heat weakens the pieces and is not recommended. If your polymer clay piece breaks within 30 days of arrival, please contact me immediately. Any broken pieces within 30 days will be mailed back to me (at buyers expense) and I will repair them and ship them back to you at no cost.

Shipping: I make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been scanned in by USPS I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please take this up with USPS directly.
